Parkway Thai Restaurant's history dates back to 15 December 1983. The founder, Mr Chng Hwa Nam, recruited 4 Thai chefs from Bangkok, Thailand, and together with 20 other local staffs, began its first operation in Parkway Parade, a suburban shopping mall situated on the south-eastern coast of Singapore. Today, Parkway Thai Restaurant proudly stay puts in its original location, Parkway Parade, and also had opened an outlet in Centrepoint, a popular shoppng mall situated in the main shopping belt, Orchard road, of Singapore. In 1993, Parkway Thai ventured into China and today, we have outlets in Tianjing, Chengdu and Shenyang. Their popular dishes such as Thai Fish Cake and Tom Yum Soup etc. are prepared with imported ingredients so as to make the flavour as authentic as possible. Parkway Thai Restaurant is also a Muslim-friendly Thai Restaurant.
